Our healthy meal plans are written instructions to help you apply healthy eating habits for select Jaime Brenkus video fitness programs.
If you choose to follow the nutritional guidance of any Jaime Brenkus program that offers healthy eating guidelines, you will be provided healthy meal ideas for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, along with a grocery shopping list to gather what you need. You are welcome to modify your meals to your own taste preferences and dietary needs.
While the nutritional component is not required, it will give you your best chance of achieving the goals you set for yourself when following our fitness programs.
