What can I drink during the Jaime Brenkus workout programs?

Based on pure calorie content, water and tea would be the most favorable beverage of choice when following our program. However, if you choose a beverage that has over 100 calories per serving, Registered Dietitians suggest cutting out a piece of fruit and half of a starch to keep your calories consistent with the nutritional plan.

The most dependable method of checking to see if you're re-hydrating enough throughout the day is the color of your urine. If the urine is clear to pale, you're in the correct hydration mode. However, if your urine is dark yellow, you’ll need to drink more water.
