Our discs are programmed to play on any ordinary DVD player worldwide, including Blu-Ray players. If you’re having difficulty playing your disc, try the following:
Play one or two different DVD discs in your player. If those don’t work either, the issue may be your DVD player.
Your DVD may need cleaning. Read this article on how to safely clean a DVD disc and then try to play it again.
